Customers are eligible for refunds made for both PayPal and Credit Cards. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from within your account.
Refunds will be issued no questions asked if you, the customer, requests a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase and with at least 80% of your visitor capacity remaining.
Note: Refunds will not be issued to any person who has previously subscribed to or had a free trial of Advul premium traffic - This includes current and old accounts. If your refund is approved, access to your account area will cease immediately. However, you can cancel any active subscriptions using your campaign manager which will keep the campaign active until the end of the current billing period.
We do offer pro-rata refunds for upgrades and some changes to subscriptions or promotions. This is done via our helpdesk email: support@advul.com
If you feel you should be issued a refund for any reason, please reach out to your Account Manager or support@advul.com.
Make sure to include your account email or campaign #id and as many details as possible about the request.
Refunds are processed within approximately one working day.
